František Ginter's bird garden

The ORNIS campus is named after the renowned Přerov teacher, nature conservationist and founder of the ornithological station, in which we are gradually implementing plans and ideas for building a model natural garden, attracting birds and other living creatures to stay.

The garden is also an integral part of the educational programs.

The exhibition itself was created thanks to a grant from the Olomouc Region. The garden improvements are part of the OK Nature project supported by the European Social Fund and the state budget of the Czech Republic.
