In addition to tickets, various thematic souvenirs can be purchased at the box office, payment is possible in cash or by credit card.
The ORNIS building is barrier-free.
A changing table is available in the toilet for the disabled on the ground floor.
A cloakroom is available near the ticket office, as well as key lockers to store backpacks and belongings.
You can connect to the public Wi-Fi network in the building.
Please leave pets at home, animals are not allowed, except for a guide dog for the blind. Thank you for your understanding.

The building of the Ornithological Station is located on the right bank of the Bečva River, near Michalov Park and NPR Žebračka.
